摘要
为优化拱架现浇混凝土拱圈浇筑程序,本文首次提出基于拱圈变形控制确定混凝土浇筑的分析方法,引入拱架施工变形总突变量和施工阶段变形突变量分布比两个指标,应用ANSYS的APDL语言,开发了全套专门用于确定拱架现浇混凝土拱圈分段浇筑的程序,并应用于实际工程。研究表明:混凝土拱圈分5段浇筑时,最佳浇筑顺序为拱脚─拱顶─中间,施工条件允许的情况下,应尽量减小拱顶段和拱脚段浇筑重量。
A method of arch ring concrete pouring plan based on control of deformation is presented to optimize pouring procedure of cast-in-place.Based on the method,a software was developed for cast-in-place reinforced concrete arch bridge by using ANSYS APDL language and deformation sudden change distribute and total-deformation-variables.The software was applied to an engineering and the results show that for 5 stage casting,the best pouring sequence is foot-vault-middle,and the weight of the vault and foot should be minimized under the construction permitted.
