摘要
针对某相控阵雷达波控系统在整机联试中存在的故障定位困难、排故效率不高的难题,本文给出一种基于6U-VPX总线架构的测试平台设计方案。该方案利用VPX总线I/O口丰富、可扩展性强、传输速率高等多重技术优势,采用基于Rapid IO交换的高速互连技术,实现了该波控系统波束控制计算机对20个波控单元共360个T/R通道的前向和后向自动化测试。与传统的基于CPCI总线的测试台相比,平均调试时间从1 w缩短到1 d,为相控阵雷达波控系统自动化测试工程设计提供了有益参考和借鉴。
It is difficult to find the accurate fault location in beam-steering system test of phased array radar.A design scheme of test bench is presented based on 6U-VPX bus architecture in this paper.Because VPX bus is characterized by rich I/O interfaces,good expansibility and high transmission speed,rapidIO switching and high-speed interconnect technology are used to realizes the automatic test from the beam-steering computer to 360 T/R channels of 20 beam-steering units.Compared with the traditional CPCI bus-based test bench,the average debugging time is shortened from 1 w to 1 d,which provides a useful reference for the automatic test design of phased array radar beam-steering system.
