先兆早产孕妇心理弹性及其影响因素的路径分析

Path analysis of psychological elasticity and its influencing factors in pregnant women with threatened premature birth

目的探讨先兆早产孕妇的社会支持、妊娠压力及应对方式对其心理弹性的影响,并分析各变量间的影响路径。方法采用心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表、妊娠压力量表及医学应对问卷对2017年1-10月在我院妇产科住院的298例先兆早产孕妇进行问卷调查。结果先兆早产孕妇的心理弹性得分为(59.74±13.30)分;主观支持、客观支持对先兆早产孕妇的心理弹性既有直接作用,也有间接作用,而面对应对、回避应对、屈服应对、母儿安全度过妊娠期和分娩期、寻求社会支持对先兆早产孕妇的心理弹性具有直接作用。结论先兆早产孕妇的心理弹性水平较低,其社会支持、妊娠压力、应对方式是影响心理弹性的重要因素。

Objective To study the impacts of social support, pregnancy stress and coping strategy on resilience in women with threatened premature pregnant. Methods A total of 298 women with threatened premature pregnant from January 2017 to October 2017 in our hospital were recruited. The participants were investigated using the Connor-Davidson resilience scale, social support rating scale, pregnancy stress scale and medical coping modes questionnaire. Results The resilience score of women with threatened premature pregnant was 59.74±13.30. Subjective support and objective support directly and indirectly influenced by resilience of women with threatened premature pregnant, confront coping, avoid coping, resignation coping style, safe pregnant and delivery, seeking for social support influenced resilience directly. Conclusion Women with threatened premature pregnant have poor resilience, and their social support, pregnant pressure, confront and resignation coping style are important influence factors of psychological resilience.
