Hygienic Evaluation of A New Completed Project of a Commercial Building in Harbin City

目的评估某商业楼新建项目竣工后可能存在的卫生学问题,提出相应的卫生防护措施和建议,以达到保护社会人群健康,为公众提供一个安全、卫生和舒适的活动场所的目的,同时也为建设项目竣工验收提供科学准确的技术依据。方法评价采用经验法、检查表法和现场调查法。结果该商业楼新建项目一层商场内铺的工程概况、总体布局、建筑单体内部平面布局与功能分区、采暖及通风系统、给排水系统、建筑装修材料及采光照明系统与公共场所健康影响因素的检测检验均符合新建项目竣工验收卫生学评价相关要求。结论通过相关资料和现场调查检测检验结果的分析,认为该商业楼新建项目一层商场内铺竣工项目基本按照初步设计方案建造,基本符合有关的卫生标准和要求。为了保障项目运行时更好地保护人群身体健康,提出相应建议。

Objective To evaluate potential health problems of a new completed project of a commercial building after the comple? tion, then to put forward the corresponding health protection measures and the suggestions, in order to protect the social public health,to provide a safe,health and comfortable places for the public,as well as to provide scientific and accurate technical basis for the construction project completion acceptance. Methods Empirical method,checklists analysis and field survey evaluation were used.Results The project summary,overall layout,construction monomer plane layout and functional partition,heating and ventila? tion system,water supply and drainage systems,building decoration materials and lighting system and detection and testing of health impact factors in public places accord with completion hygienic evaluation requirements. Conclusion By the analysis results of field testing and related materials,the first floor of the inside shopping mall of this new completed commercial building shopping mall has been built basically following the preliminary design plan,which is basically compliance with relevant hygienic standards and require? ments. In order to protect the health of the people in the project operation,some suggestions are put forward.
