气象服务助力我国脱贫攻坚工作的一些思考

Some thoughts on meteorological assistance for poverty alleviation in China

本文通过分析气象服务在脱贫攻坚工作中的不足,提出了气象服务助力脱贫攻坚工作的一些思考和建议:(1)加强气象信息员队伍的建设,发挥好气象信息员的重要作用;(2)通过更新服务理念,不断完善基层气象灾害监测预警体系,充分发挥气象为农服务的作用;(3)将气象科普不断向贫困地区延伸,增强气象信息及科普宣传产品的有效传播力;(4)将气象服务融入贫困地区生态文明建设,让气象防灾减灾成为生态安全保障、有效防范环境风险的基石。

This paper analyzes some shortcomings of meteorological services in the work of getting rid of poverty,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the work of meteorological help to get rid of poverty:(1)Strengthen the construction of meteorological information workers and play an important role in meteorological information workers;(2)By updating the service concept,continuously improve the monitoring and early warning system for meteorological meteorological disasters,and give full play to the role of meteorological services for agriculture;(3)Extend meteorological science to poor areas to enhance the effective dissemination of meteorological information and popular science propaganda products;(4)Integrate meteorological security services into the construction of ecological civilization in poverty-stricken areas,and make meteorological disaster prevention and reduction become the cornerstone of ecological security and effective prevention of environmental risks.
