摘要
我国环境空气污染严重,特别是华北的京津冀及周边地区和汾渭平原地区。其中山西是空气污染严重地区之一。本研究在简要分析了山西省环境空气质量现状,以及自然地理环境对污染物扩散去除的不利条件基础上,指出山西工业是以煤系产业占绝对优势的结构,为高能耗高污染的企业。对照行动计划,对山西省开展大气污染防治行动提出了一些建议。
The present status of ambient air quality in Shanxi Province is briefly analyzed,and the disadvantageous natural geographical environment conditions of pollutant diffusion and removal are analyzed.Pointed out that Shanxi industries are absolute dominant structure of coal-bearing industries,which are high energy consumption and high Pollutant discharge enterprises.According to the action plan,some suggestions are put forward to carry out the action of air pollution prevention and control in Shanxi Province.
