历时五年之余,基于多方面探索实践,全国先行预报部门已逐步建立起集业务预报作业平台、预报值班制度、预报会商制度、预报信息发布机制、预报产品交换共享机制、人才队伍建设机制、部门间合作共享机制等为一体的空气质量预报业务体系,为国家空气质量预报长远发展奠定了坚实基础,为大气污染防治攻坚战提供了关键技术支持。

Over the past five years,based on various exploration and practice,many advanced air quality forecasting departments in China have gradually established an operational system,including operational forecasting operation platform,duty system,consultation system,information release mechanism,forecasting product exchange and sharing mechanism,talent team construction mechanism,interdepartmental cooperation mechanism and so on.The operational system of air quality forecasting lays a solid foundation for the long-term development of air quality forecasting nationwide,and provides key technical support for air pollution prevention and control.
