摘要
基于霍尔三维结构系统工程方法论,建立了修井工艺与环境风险系统模型,综合分析出修井作业的环境污染因素,筛选出地面清洗和完工收尾两个主要环境污染的工序环节,确定了环境污染防治的主攻方向,并在此基础上,研发了井场管杆盒新工艺技术,在油田试验应用后取得了较好的效果,每年可节约修井作业环保费用约92.7万元,降低了作业成本,减轻了作业井场内存在的环境污染问题,达到了污染物减量化的目的。
Workover and environmental risk system model was established based on hall three dimensions structure.Ground clean and well completion were identified as the major pollution source during well workover using the model. Based on model analysis results, a novel sucker rod & tubing box was developed to decrease the pollution. The environmental cost during annual well workover could be reduced by 92.7×10^4 Yuan using the new sucker rod & tubing box, and the goal of decreasing cost and quantitative reduction of pollutants could be reached.
