摘要
根据纺织企业建立能源管理体系的实践,总结了用于纺织行业能源管理体系策划过程的工具和方法,并通过案例说明这些方法和工具的应用。最佳技术评价是企业最常用的方法之一,专家诊断常用于发现企业现场存在的不足和节能空间,能源流向分析用于对各能源系统进行排查,能源网络图反映出企业各个环节的能耗和损耗,能源平衡反映了企业能源平衡关系,能源消耗与产量相关性分析可以反映企业能源消耗统计方法是否正确、能源消耗计量器具是否正常等情况,标杆对比为企业提供了设立标杆和超越标杆的工作方法,主要耗能设备能效分析可用于评价主要耗能设备的能源效率,能源需求分析可用于蒸汽和压缩空气的使用过程。
Based on the practice of establishing energy management system in textile enterprises,the tools and approaches that can be used in the process of planning energy management system in textile industry were summarized,and the application examples of these methods and tools were illustrated.The best-technology-evaluation is one of the common methods for enterprises.Expert diagnosis is often used to find the deficiency and energy saving space in the enterprise site.Energy flow analysis is used to conduct audits of energy systems.Energy network diagram and energy balance reflect the consumption in each round and its relationship in the enterprises,respectively.The correlation analysis between energy consumption and output demonstrates that whether the statistical method of energy consumption is correct and whether the energy consumption measurement device is normal.Benchmark comparison provides enterprises with a working method for setting and exceeding the benchmark.Energy efficiency analysis of major energy-consuming equipment can be used to evaluate its energy efficiency.Energy requirements analysis can be applied for the utilizing process of steam and compressed air.
