讨论了活性染料连续轧染的现状,重点讨论活性染料的轧、烘、轧、蒸、洗五步工艺中还原蒸箱采用液封和汽封固色的工艺,并用实例进行了分析对比,结果表明:汽封工艺及设备相对于液封工艺的节能环保性能和质量稳定性。

The current situation of the continuous padding dyeing process of reactive dyes is discussed in the paper.The processes of liquid-sealing and steam-sealing fixation of the reduction steamer,which are in the five-step processes of rolling,baking,rolling,steaming and washing of reactive dyes,are emphatically discussed by analysis and comparison with examples.Compared with the liquid seal process,the steam seal process and equipment are more energy-saving and environmentally friendly,as well as higher quality stability.
