摘要
对聚乙二醇6000的精制方法进行了比较研究,分别实验了酸中和-吸附法及阳离子交换树脂法,确定了阳离子交换树脂法作为药用辅料级聚乙二醇6000的精制方法。
The purification methods of polyethylene glycol 6000 were compared, acid neutralization-adsorption method and cation exchange resin method were experimented respectively, and cation exchange resin method was determined as the purification method of pharmaceutical excipient grade polyethylene glycol 6000.
