吡啶-2-甲腈制备及其在不同领域中的应用

摘要 吡啶-2-甲腈是重要的吡啶衍生物之一,在药物和农药等生物活性物质合成、抗菌抑菌材料制备、特种催化、饲料添加剂生产等众多领域有广泛应用。本文概述了吡啶-2-甲腈的基本制备方法及其在相关领域的应用,提出了加强2-甲基吡啶催化氨氧化法制备吡啶-2-甲腈中催化剂的选择性和高效性研究的重要性,及对氨氧化法制备吡啶-2-甲腈工艺中形成的精馏残渣高值化利用技术开发的必要性。 2-Cyanopyridine is one of important derivates of pyridine, and has been found extensive application in various fields, such as synthesis of bio-active substance including drug and agrichemicals, preparation of antibacterial material, special catalyzation, procuction of feed additives, etc. In this paper, the basic method for manufaturing 2-cyanopyridine and its application in different fields were presented. The importance concerned with the study on improving the selectivity and effectivity of catalyst, which was utilized in the procedure for preparing 2-cyanopyridine through ammonia oxidation of 2-methylpyridine, was put forward. Meanwhile, the necessity about the development of technology concerned with the utilization of distilled residue, which was formed in the process for manufacturing 2-cyanopyridine, was pointed out.
