Experimental Study on “Aesthetic” Concrete

指出了人们对于混凝土的认识还是冷漠和缺少人情味,混凝土被用于结构材料,而材料自身被掩藏在各种装饰材料的表皮之下,混凝土在审美方面的价值与魅力几乎被忽略。同时,每年废弃的建筑垃圾堆积如山,其处理也成为世界性的环境难题。为此,利用废弃的加气混凝土砌块作为再生细骨料,与水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰和石粉一起拌制成型,再利用废弃的矿泉水、饮料等塑料瓶和废弃的毛巾、布料等制成模具,研制出了一种能体现混凝土艺术美的"长筒艺术吊灯+花篮台灯+随想花盆",三者相互搭配,借助灯光及背景的效果,将混凝土自身的真实美融入环境创意中,即"唯美"混凝土。使用结果表明:它可用于公园中的长椅、草坪灯具以及路灯灯具、园林绿化灯具等的制作;同时,在特殊造型的室内家具、舞台布景、展示空间等领域,"唯美"混凝土都将大有作为。

People’s understanding of concrete is still cold and lack of human interest.Concrete is only used for structural materials,and the material itself is hidden under the skin of various decorative materials.The aesthetic value and charm of concrete are almost ignored.At the same time,every year the abandoned construction waste piles up mountains,and its disposal has become a worldwide environmental problem.In this paper,waste aerated concrete masonry blocks were used as recycled fine aggregate and were mixed with cement,fly ash,silica ash and stone powder.With the use of plastic bottles such as waste mineral water,beverage,waste towel,cloth and other molds,a“long tube art chandelier+flower basket lamp+random flowerpot”that embodies the artistic beauty of concrete can be produced.With the help of lighting and background effect,the real beauty of concrete itself is integrated into environmental creativity,namely“aesthetic”concrete.It can also be used in park bench,lawn lamps,street lighting,landscape lighting,etc.At the same time,in the special modeling of indoor furniture,stage set,display space,and other areas,“aesthetic”concrete will have a great role.
