新型塔式立体微藻养殖反应器的流体力学和传质性能研究

摘要 针对现有微藻养殖反应器培养密度低、设备处理能力小、占地面积大、效率低,难以适应工业CO_2排放的大规模连续固定和工业化生产需求的现状,研发了一种新型塔式立体微藻养殖反应器,通过流体力学和传质性能实验表明,新型塔式立体微藻养殖反应器具有板面液层高、气体通量大、液体停留时间长、传质效率高、操作弹性大、板压降低、容易解析出藻类释放的氧气等优点,可以实现微藻养殖和工业CO_2减排偶联,满足CO_2的大规模立体连续化固定和能源化利用需求,对于实现CO_2减排与资源化利用、解决能源紧缺具有双层意义。 In view of the current situation of low-density culture,low processing capacity,large floor space,low efficiency,and difficulty in adapting to large-scale continuous fixation and industrial production of industrial CO2 emissions,this experiment has developed a new type of tower.The three-dimensional microalgae culture reactor was studied with fluid mechanics and mass transfer performance.The results showed that the new tower-type micro-algae culture reactor has high surface liquid layer,large gas flux,long liquid residence time and mass transfer,high efficiency,high operational flexibility,reduced plate pressure and is easy to resolve the oxygen released by algae,etc..Thesecharacteristicscan realize the coupling of microalgae culture and industrial CO,emission reduction,andmeet the requirements of large-scale three-dimensional continuous fixation and energy utilization of COa,which is significant forachieving CO2emission reduction and resource utilization,and solving energy shortages.
