个体化信息支持对抑郁障碍患者自杀态度的影响

The Effect of Individualized Information Support on Suicidal Attitude in Patients with Depressive Disorder

目的探讨个体化信息支持对抑郁障碍患者自杀态度的影响。方法将2016年1月—12月100例住院治疗的抑郁障碍患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规的精神科护理干预和随访;研究组在此基础上给予个体化信息支持干预。分别于干预前、干预后、出院后6个月和出院后12个月共4次运用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression rating scale for depression,HAMD)、自杀态度问卷(questionnaire of suicide attitude,QSA)对两组患者进行测评。结果经过8周的情感体验和个体化信息支持后,研究组HAMD总分明显低于对照组,研究组对自杀行为性质认识、对自杀者态度、对自杀者家属的态度和对安乐死的态度4个维度均分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);组内自身对照两组患者HAMD总分明显下降,对自杀行为性质认识、对自杀者态度、对自杀者家属的态度和对安乐死的态度4个维度均分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个体化信息支持能够明显改善抑郁障碍患者的抑郁情绪和自杀态度,消除自杀意念,减少自杀行为的发生。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of individualized information support on suicidal attitude in patients with depressive disorder.METHODS From January 2016 to December 2016,100 inpatients with depressive disorder were divided into two groups:study group and control group.The control group was given routine psychiatric nursing intervention and follow-up.The intervention group was given individualized information support intervention on this basis.It respectively used the Hamilton Depression Scale(Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for depression,HAMD)and Dutch Act(questionnaire of suicide attitude questionnaire,QSA)to test these two groups in the preintervention,post-intervention 6 months after discharge and 12 months after discharge.RESULTS After 8 weeks of emotional experience and individualized support,HAMD score of intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,the intervention group on the understanding of the nature of behavior Dutch act Dutch Act 4 dimensions of attitude,the attitude and the families of Dutch act of euthanasia were significantly higher than the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01);group in the control group two patients HAMD score decreased significantly in the understanding of the nature of Dutch act behavior in 4 dimensions,Dutch act attitude of Dutch act families attitude and attitude to euthanasia were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Individual information support could significantly improve depressive mood and suicidal attitude,eliminate suicidal ideation and reduce suicidal behavior in patients with depressive disorder.
