结肠癌患者采用完整结肠系膜切除手术治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Complete Colon Mesorectomy for Colon Cancer Patients

目的分析结肠癌患者采用完整结肠系膜切除手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取郑州市第七人民医院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的90例结肠癌患者进行观察,所有患者均行手术治疗。根据不同手术方式将患者分为常规组和研究组,每组各45例。常规组给予常规结肠癌根治术,研究组给予完整结肠系膜切除手术。术后随访3个月,观察两组手术情况、术后并发症、总有效率及复发率情况。结果研究组短期总有效率、淋巴结清扫数量明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术中出血量、住院时间、术后排气排便时间、下床活动时间、引流管拔出时间、术后并发症及复发率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论完整结肠系膜切除手术对结肠癌患者的创伤性小,淋巴结清除彻底,患者术后恢复速度快,并发症少,复发率低,疗效安全可靠,提升了患者的生存质量,值得临床上推广。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical effect of complete colon mesorectomy in patients with colon cancer.METHODS 90 patients with colon cancer admitted to target hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected for observation.All patients underwent surgery.Patients were divided into regular group and study group according to different surgical methods,and each group had 45 cases.The conventional group received conventional colon cancer radical surgery,and the study group received complete mesorectal excision.The patients were followed up for 3 months.The operation,postoperative complications,total effective rate and recurrence rate were observed.RESULTS The short-term total effective rate and lymph node dissection of the study group were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,postoperative defecation time,time of getting out of bed,drainage tube The time of extraction,postoperative complications and recurrence rate were lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Completing mesorectal excision surgery was less invasive to colon cancer patients,lymph node removal was complete and patients had rapid recovery.It had less complications,low recurrence rate,safe and reliable efficacy,improve the quality of life of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
