摘要
为研究复合绝缘子老化性能的变化规律,选取河北省南部电网4支不同运行年限的复合绝缘子进行盐雾加速老化试验,分析试验过程中绝缘子表面放电、泄漏电流、憎水性能和分子结构的变化规律,试验结果表明,随着试验时间的增加,绝缘子表面放电程度逐渐加深,泄漏电流出现畸变,硅橡胶材料憎水性能出现劣化,分子结构遭到破坏,且憎水性能劣化程度和分子结构破坏速度与其初始老化程度呈正比。试验结果对复合绝缘子的老化特性研究及老化状态评估提供了参考。
In order to study the change law of aging performance of composite insulators,salt spray accelerated aging test is carried out on four composite insulators from Hebei southern network which of different operating years in the paper,during which the change of surface discharge,the leakage current,the hydrophobic properties,the change rule of molecular structure is tested and analysis.The results descript that with the increase of test,the degree of discharge gradually deepened,the leakage current is distortion,and also the hydrophobic properties,the molecular structure is destruction.There have a proportional relationship between the degree of deterioration of Hydrophobicity,the damage speed of molecular structure and the aging degree of composite insulator.The reference of which the study on aging characteristics and aging condition assessment of composite insulators is provided by the experiment result.
