This paper introduces an fault about the damage to the operating plug-in component of PCS-222 CG smart terminal?the reason of which is the design defects.Through analyzing the reason on the fault,this paper shows there have some shortages in the components.On the other time,in order to preventing similar faults,this paper gives some relevant advices.
