以20 m小箱梁为研究对象,介绍了盖梁接高提升桥梁高度的工艺原理,列举了接高过程中需要的材料和机具,重点阐述了盖梁接高的施工工艺流程。通过整体顶升梁板、接高盖梁来提升桥梁高度,是一种工期短、成本低、效益好的施工工艺。

Taking the 20 m small box girder as the research object,this paper introduces the technological principle of raising the bridge height by connecting the cover girder with the height,lists the materials and machines needed in the process of connecting the height,and focuses on the construction process of connecting the cover girder with the height. It is a construction technology with short construction period,low cost and good benefit to raise the height of bridge by integral jacking-up beam slab and joining high cover beam.
