建筑工程项目技术管理浅析

对建筑工程项目技术管理中遇到的问题,结合实践经历,从图纸审查、变更的统一整理和标注、图纸和规范的熟悉掌握、重视甲指分包的管理,发生设计变更时相应做法的调整、施工条件变化时施工方案的调整、施工方案调整时现场条件的核验等方面,提出了对项目技术管理的一些建议。

For the problems encountered in the technical management of construction projects,combined with their practical experience,from the unified review and labeling of drawings,changes,familiarity with drawings,drawings and specifications,attention to the management of A-finger subcontracting,and design changes when the adjustment of the corresponding practices and the changes of construction conditions,the adjustment of the construction plan,the adjustment of the construction plan,the verification of the site conditions,etc.,some advices of the technical management of the project was put forward.
