Design VE application and development direction in construction industry

价值工程对我国建筑行业的经营方式、管理能力、决策水平和项目的投资价值都有很大的影响。针对当前我国建筑行业对价值工程的应用现状,阐述了建筑业应用价值工程的特点,过程和意义。阐明了在建筑设计阶段应用价值工程的原因,通过国内外的对比,分析了目前我国价值工程的应用现状以及发展滞后的原因,并为改善价值工程在建筑业中进一步推广应用的局限性提出了建议。

Value engineering has a great influence on the operation mode,management ability,decision-making level and investment value of construction industry in China. Aiming at the current application status of value engineering in China’s construction industry,this paper expounds the characteristics,process and significance of applied value engineering in the construction industry. This paper expounds the reasons for the application of value engineering in the architectural design stage,analyzes the application status of value engineering in China and the reasons for its lagging development through the comparison at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the limitations of further popularization and application of value engineering in the construction industry.
