摘要
目前开采的原油中高黏度、高沥青质含量的稠油越来越多,导致出现测定原油酸值所规定的滴定溶剂往往不能快速全部地溶解这类原油试样的问题,为此开展了实验研究。实验采用加热磁力搅拌装置,可以提高稠油在滴定溶剂中的溶解性,使稠油与标准溶液反应均匀,滴定曲线光滑,终点易于判断;滴定速度对结果影响较大,以0.05 mL/min速度滴定时,反应时间适宜,终点易于判断;静电对实验过程干扰严重,消除静电干扰,得到光滑的滴定曲线,终点易于判断。对井口采出原油进行了实验,结果表明该方法可行,可以推广使用。
At present, there are more and more heavy oils with high viscosity and high asphaltene contents in produced crude oil, so the titration solvents for determining acid value of crude oil often cannot dissolve all such crude oil samples quickly and completely. Therefore, an experimental study is conducted. The experiment uses a heating magnetic stirring device, which can increase the solubility of heavy oil in titration solution, balance the reflection between heavy oil and standard solution, and make the titration curve smooth and the end point easy to judge. The titration speed of standard solution has a great influence on the effect, and when its speed is 0.05 mL/min, the reaction time is suitable and the end point is easy to judge. Static electricity is very disturbing to the experiment process, and eliminating the static interference can make the titration curve smooth and the end point easy to judge. We take experiments the crude oil produced at the wellhead, and the results show that the method is feasible and can be promoted and used.
