摘要
近年来,采油六厂二类油层聚驱产能项目不断增加,且随着聚驱清水稀释区块不断增加和钻井控注的影响,污水平衡问题日益突出,依靠聚驱区块水质调整、临时启动备用注水泵等常规手段已无法控制钻井期间污水过剩问题。为了解决污水站生产困难、注水井注入困难等问题,通过近两年对污水平衡规律的摸索,初步形成了一套污水平衡综合调整方案。针对污水缺水期、产注平衡期和污水过剩期三种不同情况制定了对策和解决方案,建立了压力预警管理机制,通过增加配注、水质调节、缓冲罐应急调峰等措施,取得了较好的效果,有效解决了喇嘛甸油田的污水平衡问题,为解决喇嘛甸油田各个时期污水平衡问题奠定了基础。
In recent years, production capacity projects of the secondary oil polymer flooding of No.6 Oil Production Plant have been increasing, and with the increasing of polymer flooding areas with clear water dilution and the impact of drilling control injection, the problem of sewage balance has become increasingly prominent. The problem of excessive sewage during drilling process can no longer be controlled by conventional means such as water quality adjustment in the polymer flooding area and temporary starting of the backup injection pump. To solve the sewage plant production difficulty, injection wells difficulty and other issues, through nearly two years of groping for sewage balance law, a set of integrated adjustment scheme of sewage balance is initially formed, includes countermeasures and solutions according to three different situations in sewage shortage period, production and injection balance period and sewage excess period. The early warning management mechanism of pressure is put forward. By adding measures such as injection allocation, water quality regulation and emergency peak regulation of buffer tanks, good results have been achieved, and the sewage balance problems of Lamadian Oilfield is effectively solved, laying a foundation for solving the sewage balance problems of different periods in Lamadian Oilfield.
