摘要
为将长宁页岩气田集输气干线建设成一条全数字化管道,工程以项目部为主导、参建单位全员参与、专业化队伍全过程支撑的管理模式,在"六个基于"的基础上,即基于高精度遥感信息实现管道线路路由优化、基于二维码标识实现信息交互和传递、基于RTK定位实现管道焊缝和周边环境精准定位、基于影像可视化实现施工质量与安全管控、基于三维扫描构建站场与线路三维模型、基于3D GIS引擎构建建设和管道运营数字化平台,将勘察、设计、采购、施工、检测、监理等完整性数据体系化入库,以及施工全过程数字化管理与一站式移交,实现了项目建设全过程的管控一体化、决策智能化。该数字化管道建设提升了项目管理水平,也为管道完整性管理奠定了坚实基础,为油气田地面工程全数字化管道建设提供了实践经验。
In order to construct the main gas gathering & transporting trunk pipeline in Changning Shale Gas Field into a fully digital one, the project management mode is "Project Department- led, Full Participation of All Units, and Whole Process Support of Professional Team". On the basis of "Six Bases",namely realizing the route optimization of pipelines based on the highly accurate remote sensing information,realizing the information interaction and transfer based on a two-dimensional code,realizing the precise localization of pipeline weld joints and surrounding environment based on the RTK localization, realizing the management and control of construction quality and safety based on the visual images, establishing the three- dimensional model of station and route based on the three- dimensional scanning, and establishing the digital platform of construction and pipeline operation based on the 3D GIS engine,the integrity data on survey,design,procurement,construction,inspection and supervision are put into the database in system, the whole construction process is in digital management and one- stop transfer, and the integration of management and control and intelligence of decision- making in the whole construction process of the project is realized. The digital pipeline construction promotes the level of project management, lays a solid foundation for pipeline integrity management, and provides practical experience for fully digital pipeline construction in oil and gas surface engineering.
