细胞自噬与头颈部鳞状细胞癌关系的研究进展

摘要 细胞自噬是真核细胞高度保守的生物学过程,在生物发育和维持机体稳态过程中发挥着重要的作用。近年来,大量的研究表明细胞自噬与头颈部鳞状细胞癌关系密切,自噬可以影响头颈部肿瘤的发生、发展及治疗等许多方面。本文就细胞自噬分类和功能以及调控机制,细胞自噬与头颈部肿瘤间的关系及在肿瘤中的治疗作用等作一综述。 Autophagy is a highly conserved biological process of eukaryotic cells. It plays an important role in biological development and maintenance of homeostasis. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that autophagy is closely related to head and neck tumors, and autophagy can affect the occurrence, development, metastasis and treatment of head and neck tumors. This article reviews the classification and function of autophagy, the regulatory mechanism, the relationship between autophagy and head and neck tumors, and the therapeutic effects in cancer.
