摘要
快换电池连接器是纯电动汽车快换电池系统的重要零部件,其设计和性能是否可靠直接影响到快换电池系统的安全使用。文章基于底盘式快换电池系统的快换连接器,对其关键技术、设计特点、基本性能要求、开发标准及试验验证方法进行了系统的分析与研究,为同类型的快换式连接器设计开发提供了指导。
The quick-swapping battery connector is an important component of the pure electric vehicle quick-swapping battery system. The reliability of its structure and performance directly affects the safe use of the quick-swapping battery system. Based on the chassistype quick-swapping battery system, the paper analyzes its structural design features and performance requirements. At the same time, based on the combination of experimental verification, the reliability of the quick-swapping connector of the electric passenger car chassis is studied, which provides guidance for the design and development of the same type of quick-swapping connector.
