摘要
商用车EBS系统是目前商用车安全领域中最具开创性的制动安全技术。在EBS系统中,通常由桥控模块控制后轴两侧制动气室压力,文章从桥控模块的结构和工作原理入手,建立桥控模块的AMESim模型,通过离线仿真与试验台试验的数据对比,对模型的正确性进行验证并且对桥控模块的工作特性进行分析。
Commercial vehicle EBS system is the most pioneering braking safety technology in the field of commercial vehicle safety. In EBS system, the brake chamber pressure on both sides of the rear axle is usually controlled by the axle modulator. Starting from the structure and working principle of the axle modulator, the AMESim model of the axle modulator is established. The correctness of the model is verified by comparing the data of off-line simulation and test-bed test, and the working characteristics of the axle modulator are analyzed.
