摘要
超声雾化产生的雾滴颗粒均匀、粒径小,结构简单,加工成本低,方便实用,一般被应用于室内加湿、医疗吸入治疗和工业应用等方面。在文章中,综述了超声波雾化喷嘴的研究进展情况,将雾化喷嘴按照能量来源进行了分类,总结了两类超声波雾化喷嘴的结构特点,简述了超声雾化机理。
The spray particles produced by ultrasonic atomization are uniform, small in size, simple in structure, low in processing cost, convenient and practical, and are commonly used in indoor humidification, medical inhalation treatment and industrial application. In this paper, the research progress of ultrasonic atomizing nozzles is reviewed. The atomizing nozzles are classified according to energy sources. The structural characteristics of two types of ultrasonic atomizing nozzles are summarized, and the mechanism of ultrasonic atomization is briefly described.
