摘要
采用采样袋法和环境舱法对主要内饰零部件和整车在常温和高温环境下的挥发性有机物(VOCs)的散发浓度进行测试和分析。结果表明,高温下的VOCs物质的散发浓度均高于常温,但高温对不同的VOCs物质的影响程度不同。通过比较主要内饰零部件的散发浓度差异,找到车内空气污染物的主要来源,对提升车内空气质量提出指导性的建议。
The emission concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from main interior parts and the whole vehicle at normal temperature and high temperature was tested and analyzed by sampling bag method and environmental chamber method. The results indicated that the emission concentrations of VOCs substances at high temperature were higher than those at normal temperature, but the influence of temperature on different VOCs substances was different. By comparing the emission concentration differences of main interior components, the source of air pollutants in the vehicle was found, and the guiding suggestions were put forward to improve the air quality in the vehicle.
