机关事业单位车辆调度管理中存在问题及策略

在社会经济日益发展的同时,社会大众的经济条件和生活水平也在不断提升,作为机关的代步工具,车辆得到非常广泛的应用,机关事业单位使用车辆能有助于进一步提升工作效率。由于车辆的使用是一笔较大的开支,因此,在很大程度上为机关事业单位造成极大的经济负担。为此,笔者根据工作经验,分析当前机关事业单位车辆调度管理存在的问题,并提出了车辆调度管理的有效策略。
