摘要
农村教学点可以保障农村地区适龄儿童就近方便地接受义务教育,加强农村教学点建设对实现每个孩子都能享有公平而有质量的教育具有重要意义。通过与四川省N县农村教学点教师进行深入访谈,研究发现,作为农村小规模学校,农村教学点的生存状态反映出了教学点当下所遭遇的诸多现实挑战。农村教学点面临的生存危机、所处的"被支配地位"以及教育效益、社会效益遭到忽视,与人们片面追求"规模效益"密切相关。转变"规模效益"思维,尊重农村教学点的教育效益、社会效益,实事求是地开展各项工作,是加强农村教学点建设的应有之义。
Rural teaching sites can guarantee school-age children in rural area to receive the compulsory education conveniently.It’s of great significance to strengthen rural teaching sites construction to ensure each child to have the fair and quality education.Interviews are done with local teachers from eight rural teaching sites in N county of Sichuan province.Results show that as small-scale schools in rural areas,the teaching sites living conditions are facing with many challenges,such as survival crisis,the “submissive position”,and the neglect of educational and social benefits because of the pursuit of “scale efficiency”.In order to strengthen rural teaching sites,“scale benefit” thinking mode should be changed,while educational benefit and social benefit of rural teaching sites should be respected so as to carry out every items of daily work in a realistic way.
