摘要
以左旋多巴为单体,采用化学合成法制备了价格低廉的类黑色素纳米粒子,并与聚碳酸酯(PC)复合制备了PC/类黑色素薄膜,研究了薄膜的紫外屏蔽性能、热稳定性以及光老化性能。结果表明,与天然黑色素相比,类黑色素纳米粒子同样具有优异的紫外吸收效果。添加少量的类黑色素纳米粒子(0. 5%~2%)可大幅度提高薄膜的紫外屏蔽性能,在1%附近薄膜的紫外屏蔽性能和透明性达到最优。同时热失重分析和光老化结果表明,当添加少量(1%)的类黑色素时,薄膜的光热稳定性和抗老化性能均得到提高。
Taking L-Dopa as monomer,the melanin-like nanoparticles were prepared by chemical synthesis,and Polycarbonate(PC )/Melanin-like film was prepared by solution blending with PC.The ultraviolet shielding properties,thermal stability and photo aging properties of the film was studied.The results show that melanin-like nanoparticles also has excellent ultraviolet absorption effect comparing to sepia melanin.Adding a small amount(0.5%~2%)of melanin-like nanoparticles could greatly improve the ultraviolet shielding performance of the film.When the content is 1%,it has best UV shielding performance and transparency.Meanwhile,the results of TGA and UV aging analysis show that photothermal stability and aging resistance of the film are all improved when a small amount(1%)of melanin-like nanoparticles are added.
