掺杂钨纳米二氧化钒控温微胶囊的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Nano W-VO_2 Temperature-responsive Phase Change Microcapsules

摘要 通过界面聚合法制备以阴离子石蜡为芯材,掺杂钨纳米二氧化钒(W-VO_2)与羧甲基纤维素改性聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(CMC-PMMA)为壳材的双层智能控温微胶囊(PCM/W-VO_2),并研究了其形貌、结构、成分及相关性能。结果表明,PCM/W-VO_2微胶囊形态完整,表面附着一定量的W-VO_2颗粒,平均粒径为12μm,石蜡含量约为50. 06%,相变温度为41. 2℃,熔融焓为48. 96 J/g。与传统微胶囊(PCM)相比较,PCM/W-VO_2微胶囊随着温度的升高,质量损失减小,失重曲线明显向后推移,具有良好的热稳定性;同时,微胶囊的释放速度慢,密封性能良好,可以长期保存;温升曲线表明,PCM/W-VO_2微胶囊也具有很好的导热性能。 Double-shells intelligent temperature-control phase change microcapsules(PCM/W-VO2 )had been prepared by interfacial polymerization approach using anionic paraffin as core-materials and W-VO2 -CMC/PMMA as shell-materials.Then the morphology,structure,ingredient and some properties were examined by SEM,FT-IR,DSC and so on.The results show that the average diameter of PCM/W-VO2 microcapsules is 12 μm,which contains 50.06%paraffin and the phase-transition temperature is 41.2 ℃.The melting enthalpy value is 48.96 J/g.Comparing with the traditional microcapsules,the mass loss rate of PCM/W-VO2 microcapsules could reduce with the increase of temperature and the weight loss curves could move downstream,which exhibits good thermal stability.Release rates from these microcapsules are lower than conventional PCM,which indicates they have good sealing properties and could be stored for a long time.And the temperature rise curve reveals that PCM/W-VO2 microcapsules display excellent heat-conducting property.
