摘要 用双螺杆挤出机制备聚氨酯(TPU)/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)原位成纤材料。分析了PTFE含量对黏弹性和结晶性能的影响。研究了TPU/PTFE原位成纤材料的发泡性能。结果表明,在实验条件下,PTFE的增加有助于改善黏弹性,提高了结晶温度。PTFE的加入实现了微孔发泡。 The polyurethane(TPU )/poly tetra fluoro ethylene(PTFE)in-situ fiber forming material was prepared by twin-screw extruder.The effects of PTFE contents on viscoelasticity and crystallization properties were analyzed.The foaming properties of TPU/PTFE in situ fiber forming materials were studied.The results show that the viscoelasticity and the crystallization temperature of TPU are improved with PTFE contents increasing.Microcellular could be obtained with PTFE in-situ fibril addition.
