PP塑料粒径和掺量对砂浆物理力学性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究在砂浆中加入回收的废弃塑料作为细骨料的可能性,使用聚丙烯(PP)塑料等体积替代砂子(取代率0%、20%、40%和60%),并采用3种不同粒径塑料,研究了大掺量塑料砂浆的物理和力学性能。结果表明,就材料密度和力学强度而言,加入塑料的砂浆具有轻质的特性和可接受的强度;掺入较小粒径塑料的砂浆有更高的强度;塑料砂浆强度随塑料掺量的增加近似线性减小。掺入塑料可改善砂浆的延性,提高砂浆韧性,在工程中有一定的意义,且符合环保的理念。 In order to study the possibility of adding recycled plastic as fine aggregate in the mortar,Polypropylene(PP)plastic was used to replace the same volume of sand(replacement rate:0,20%,40% and 60%)and three different sizes of particles were used.The physical properties and mechanical properties of mixing plastic mortar were studied.The test results show that considering the material density and mechanical strength,the mortar adding with plastic has light characteristics and acceptable strength.The mortar with small particle size of plastic has higher strength.And the strength of plastic mortar could decrease linearly with the content of plastic.The mixing of plastic could improve the ductility and toughness of mortar.It has certain significance in engineering and could satisfy with the concept of environmental protection.
