摘要
塑料食品包装材料是一种由单体和添加剂组成的高分子聚合物,它能有效地提升包装产品的技术性能。但是一些未反应的单体和潜在的可移动添加剂可能存在于塑料制品中,并可能在储存、烹饪或作为潜在污染源与食品接触对人体的健康造成危害。主要研究了塑料包装材料的特点以及在食品安全中,有害物质来源的主要途径,并阐述了对有害物质的检测方法。
Plastic food packaging material was a kind of high polymer composed of monomers and additives,which could effectively inhibit the technical properties of products.However,some unreactive monomers and potential removable additives may be present in plastic products and could be hazardous to human health in storage,cooking or in contact with food as a potential source of contamination.This paper mainly studied the characteristics of plastic packaging materials and the main way of harmful substances sources in food safety,and expounded the detection methods of harmful substances.
