摘要
对某板束入口管箱采用天圆地方结构的板壳式热交换器板束入口管箱流体分布情况进行数值模拟,发现流体在天圆地方结构中流动时出现较大旋涡。为改善其流动状态,提出在天圆地方结构中增加导流板和增大进口接管尺寸2种优化方法,并对优化改进后的天圆地方结构进行数值模拟。模拟计算结果表明,在天圆地方结构内部增加导流板或增大进口接管尺寸,都能较好地改善流体在天圆地方结构中的流动状态,减小旋涡尺寸,降低压力损失。
The round top and square bottom structure was applied to plate bundling inlet tube boxes of a certain plate-and-shell heat exchanger and fluid distribution in the tube box was simulated with lager vortex observed in the round top and square bottom structure. As measures to improve flow status,adding baffle plates in the round top and square bottom structure and enlarging inlet pipe size were proposed. Numerical simulation on the round top and square bottom structure optimized according to the proposal was followed. The calculation results show that both the two measures got satisfying results with smaller the vortex size and less pressure loss.
