摘要
三合一硫冷凝器是大型硫磺回收装置中的关键设备之一,其规格大、结构特殊,而且操作工况恶劣,设计和制造均存在较大的难度。详细介绍了三合一硫冷凝器的结构形式及腐蚀机理,指出了设备选材的要点,提出了主要结构的设计难点,并对管板的多种结构形式进行了比较。通过对比国内外标准,阐述了管板强度计算的理论基础,指出了适合于三合一硫冷凝器的设计计算方法。对管头的设计要点及其它注意事项进行了详细论述。
As the key equipment of a large sulfur recovery unit,the three-in-one sulfur condenser is not only large in size,special in structure,but also operated in complicated working conditions,which causes the difficulties in its design and manufacture. The key points of material selection for the sulfur condenser were fully discussed based on the structure type,corrosion mechanism as well as the comparison of various structural design of the tubesheet. In addition, by comparing with different standards of calculating the strength of the tubesheet in domestic and overseas,the design and calculation method suitable for three-in-one sulfur condenser were pointed out. The key points of design for pipe joint and other tips were expounded in details.
