摘要
针对封头上侧孔接管法兰的焊接,设计了一种新型马鞍焊辅助工装。介绍了辅助工装的结构尺寸,以某粗芳烃加氢装置中沸腾床反应器下封头侧孔接管法兰焊接为例,介绍了新型辅助工装的实际操作应用,并从焊接质量、外观成型、装配精度、焊接效率等方面与焊条电弧焊进行了对比。采用此辅助工装可确保马鞍焊导电嘴始终与焊接位置垂直,保证接管法兰的装配精度,提高接管法兰、加强段等的焊接质量及焊接效率,降低成本。该工装结构通用性强,操作简单,安全系数高,易于移动,可以针对不同规格的封头和接管法兰多次重复利用。
A new type of saddle welding auxiliary tool for the head side nozzle flange welding was studied and developed. The new type saddle welding auxiliary tool application on one reactor head side nozzle flange welding in hydrogenation plant was taken as the example and the welding quality,appearance,precision and efficiency were introduced. The auxiliary tool application could guarantee the nozzle flange installation precision,the welding quality,efficiency at the nozzle flange/reinforcement section could be improved. The tooling structure advantages in strong versatility,simple operation,high safety and easy movement,suitable for repeatedly reusing for different type of heads and the nozzle flanges.
