公共图书馆乐龄志愿者服务探析——以广东省立中山图书馆为例

Exploration on the Volunteer Service of Senior Citizens in Public Library-Taking the Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province as an Example

中国正迈入老龄化社会,老年志愿者参与公共图书馆服务可以丰富他们的精神文化生活,体现他们的社会价值。分析了广东省立中山图书馆乐龄志愿者的服务现状和服务过程中存在的问题,提出了完善乐龄志愿者管理机制和服务机制的建议。

China is moving towards an aging society.Senior citizen volunteers participation in public library services can enrich their spiritual and cultural life and reflect their social value.This paper puts forward some suggestions to perfect the management mechanism and service mechanism of senior citizen volunteers through the analysis of current situation and problem existing of the volunteer service of senior citizens in Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province.
