文化惠民工程是一项惠及全民的民生工程和精神工程,图书馆作为公益性文化服务机构,在其中扮演着重要角色。介绍了图书馆参与文化惠民工程的现实意义,分析了图书馆参与文化惠民服务面临的新挑战,提出了图书馆基于文化惠民的创新服务模式。以广东图书馆为例,探究了面向文化惠民工程的公共文化服务创新实践。

Cultural people-benefit project is a livelihood project and spirit project benefiting all people.As a commonweal cultural service institution,the library plays an important role in it.This paper introduces the practical significance of the library s participation in the cultural people-benefit project,and analyzes the new challenges faced by the library in the service of cultural people-benefit project.Finally it puts forward the innovative service mode of the library based on cultural people-benefit project,and probes into the innovative practice of the public culture service oriented to the cultural people-benefit project in Guangdong library.
