贫困地区少年儿童图书馆内生式发展研究

Research on the Endogenous Development of Children's Library in Poor Areas

我国贫困地区少年儿童图书馆的发展存在经费严重不足、文献资源匮乏、发展主动性差、数字化工程建设停滞等现象,难以满足贫困地区日益增长的精神文化需求,无益于构建现代公共文化服务体系的长远目标。从贫困地区少年儿童图书馆发展现状出发,探索其内生式发展策略,以便有效促进贫困地区少年儿童图书馆长远发展。

Children's Library in Poor areas of China is difficult to meet the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of rural children because of the serious shortage of funds,the scarcity of literature resources,the poor initiative of development and the stagnation phenomenon of digital engineering construction.It is not conducive to the long-term goal of building a modern public cultural service system.This paper starts with the development status of children s library in poor areas,and explores its endogenous development strategy so as to effectively promote the development of children's library in the poor areas.
