Library smart service will be the new form of library in the future,and it will be new idea and new practice of library s innovation development and transformation development.This article discusses strategic model of smart service in public library under Internet plus environment.It includes realizing online collaboration of public library at the service provider level,realizing support of Internet platform,intelligent device and smart librarians at the transmission medium level,realizing training of smart user at the user level,realizing the interaction and feedback between the service provider and the user at the communication effect level,and realizing the common construction of the entity resources and the digital network resources at the information content level.
