Study on Library Information Service Strategy under Internet Environment——Interpretation of Pew Research Center's Reports of Internet and Technology

为了解用户对信息获取和未来信息环境的态度,皮尤研究中心开展专项调研,调研结果表明包括图书馆在内的信息服务机构亟需努力提高公众数字技能和信息素养并弥合数字鸿沟。图书馆应激发公众提升数字与信息素养的兴趣与信心,强化信息供给方角色,利用专业技能助力信息环境的净化,并协同其他组织助力信息生态系统的发展。

Pew Research Center carried out a special survey in order to understand users attitudes towards information acquisition and future information environment.The results showed that information service institutions,including libraries,urgently need to improve public digital skills and information literacy and bridge the digital divide.Libraries should stimulate public interest and confidence in improving digital and information literacy,strengthen the role of information suppliers,use professional skills to purify the information environment,and cooperate with other organizations to promote the development of information ecosystem.
