Unite and Work Hard to Meet Difficulties Promoting the Performance Level of Grass-roots Central Bank in an All-round and Effective Way

本文详细回顾了2018年长春中心支行作为基层央行在执行货币政策、维护辖区金融稳定、提高金融服务水平等方面取得的成绩与实践总结;系统深入分析了当前面临的国内外经济金融形势,基于分析,提出2019年的工作方向和工作重点;并具体提出了新一年全面有效提升基层央行履职水平的具体工作措施;最后对基层央行坚持以党的政治建设为统领,推进全面从严治党向纵深发展工作进行了部署。

This paper reviews in detail the achievements and practical summaries of Changchun Central Branch as a grass-roots central bank in implementing monetary policy, maintaining the financial stability of its jurisdiction and improving the level of financial services in 2018;systematically and thoroughly analyses the current economic and financial situation at home and abroad, and based on the analysis, puts forward the direction and focus of its work in 2019;and concretely puts forward the new year as a whole. Finally, the central bank at the grass-roots level adheres to the Party's political construction as the leadership, and promotes the overall development of the Party from strict control to in-depth deployment.
