核事故场内应急撤离网络级联失效模型与仿真

摘要 核事故发生后场内人员进行有效的撤离是核安全的重要保障。结合核设施场区的特点以及人员撤离的实际,文章构建了核事故场内应急撤离网络级联失效模型,仿真分析网络中各节点级联失效过程和影响程度。通过仿真结果和分析,分别从场内设施的建设、聚集点的确定等方面提出了具体的建议,为撤离路线的选择提供参考意见,对于核设施核安全的建设和研究、提高场内人员应急撤离的效率具有重要的指导意义。 After the nuclear accident, the effective evacuation of personnel in the field is an important guarantee for nuclear safety. Combined with the characteristics of the nuclear facility area and the actual evacuation of the personnel, this paper constructs the failure model of the emergency evacuation network in the nuclear accident field, and simulates the cascade failure process and the influence degree of each node in the network. Through the simulation results and analysis, the specific suggestions are put forward from the aspects of the construction of the facilities and the determination of the gathering points, so as to provide the reference for the selection of the evacuation route, and to improve the construction and research of the nuclear safety of the nuclear facilities. The efficiency of evacuation is of great importance.
