摘要
介绍了一种新型的用于混泥土管桩取桩场所的自动吊具,从取桩自动吊具总体结构和吊具头部的结构形式论述其相比传统管桩吊具的结构与性能具有的创新点:1)创新运用滚轮机构实现自动伸缩;2)采用"气缸+点动式电磁阀控制"实现自动无级调整抓具中心距;3)采用"气缸+常闭式电磁阀控制"实现抓具的自动开闭;4)抓具设计具有自锁功能;5)吊具所有动作采用无污染的"空压机+气缸"型式。研究所得成果对取桩自动吊具的设计具有借鉴作用。
In the paper, a new type of automatic sling used in concrete pipe pile lifting site is introduced, and the following innovative characteristics of such automatic sling are discussed compared with traditional pipe pile slings from the overall structure of automatic slings and the structural form of the sling head: 1) innovative use of roller mechanism to realize automatic extension;2) adopt “air cylinder + inching electromagnetic valve control” to realize automatic stepless adjustment of the center distance of the gripper;3) use “air cylinder + normally closed solenoid valve control” to realize the automatic opening and closing of the gripper;4) the gripper is designed with self-locking function;5) all actions of the sling adopt the pollution-free “air compressor + air cylinder” type. Research results can serve as a reference in the design of automatic sling for pile lifting.
