集装箱装车机倾斜液压缸的动力学分析及优化研究

摘要 设计了一种集装箱袋装货物装车机,通过对其倾斜机构的数值分析,得到整个门架运动过程中受力情况,并对其进行优化。通过对倾斜机构的简化,采用矢量分析法对装车机倾斜液压缸建立了运动方程,运用Matlab对方程进行求解并绘制运动曲线,分析研究倾斜液压缸的位置、速度和加速度变化规律。在运动学分析的基础上,对整个运动过程中倾斜液压缸受力进行分析,并对倾斜液压缸的位置进行优化,以减小倾斜液压缸的最大受力值。 A container bagged cargo loader is designed.The stress condition in the whole gantry movement process is obtained and optimized through the numerical analysis of its tilting mechanism.By using the simplification of the tilting mechanism,the motion equation of the tilting hydraulic cylinder of the loader is established by adopting vector analysis method,the equation is solved by using Matlab and the motion curve is drawn,and the change law of the position,speed and acceleration of the tilting hydraulic cylinder is analyzed and studied.Based on kinematic analysis,the stress on the tilting hydraulic cylinder during the whole movement process is analyzed,and the position of the tilting hydraulic cylinder is optimized to reduce the maximum stress value on the tilting hydraulic cylinder.
