摘要
近年来物联网的高速发展促进自动化立体仓库的广泛应用,堆垛机是自动化仓储系统的重要组成部分,堆垛机的柔性化自适应控制越来越成为设备性能的重要参数之一。考虑货架的安装精度和变形,在原激光测距仪和编码器的定位方式下堆垛机控制系统新增精确定位系统。图像精确定位技术的应用增强了系统的柔性化自适应控制和整体系统的安全性。
Recently,the rapid development of Internet of Things has accelerated the wide application of automated warehouse of which the stacker is an important part.Flexible self-adaptation control of stacker is becoming one of the important parameters of equipment performance.Taken the installation accuracy and deformation of the shelves into consideration,accurate positioning system is added to the stacker control system with original positioning mode of laser rangefinder and encoder.The application of image precise positioning technology enhances the flexible self-adaptation control of the system and the security of the whole system.
