摘要
核心素养是个体在自我发展和社会参与过程中具有的基础性和关键性意义的品质与能力集合。研究老年核心素养即研究老年教育"培养什么样的老人"和"如何培养老人"的问题。基于老年素质教育、学生发展核心素养的中外研究成果,本文尝试从文化底蕴、自主乐龄和长者风范三个方面构建老年核心素养体系,以期推动积极老龄化和学习型社会建设。
Core competencies are the individual’s comprehensive and key competencies getting from the self-development and the social involvement. Research on the core competencies system for the aged refers to the research on the " what kind of the aged should be cultivated" and " how to cultivate the aged". Based on the research achievements on the quality-oriented education for the aged and core competencies for students both at home and abroad,this paper explores the construction of the core competencies system from culture,autonomy of senior citizen and senior demeanor in order to promote the practice of active aging and the construction of learning society.
